Hello! We had done work on this couples previous home in SE Portland and were asked to help with their new home downtown. We removed a loft bedroom and added a real bedroom, relocated the kitchen and gutted the bathroom. All of these moves and changes supported the custom details added throughout the space from bookshelves, painted cabinets, a tile hood vent, floating walnut shelves, and custom tile. We also removed existing bamboo floors to reveal the concrete below and had it polished.
