Instead of moving the homeowner started over. Under the direction of Jessica Helgerson and her team talented designers the Portland loft was transformed into a fresh, light and clean. Starting with a clean slate, we built this 1,075-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom loft. First, the whole space stripped to the original brick, concrete and wood exterior. The building dates back to 1910, and you can see the original materials. Featuring built-in furniture, minimalist custom storage a-plenty, and tile that wraps walls and cabinets. Precision in a 1910 envelope.
