PenthousePearl District Penthouse:
The Penthouse came equipped with a nice kitchen and some finish details but it needed some more attention to detail and something that suited the client’s lifestyle. We added an island in the kitchen to match the existing Sapele Wood cabinetry. The island is crowned with a new slab countertop and has wine fridges on each end. We also added paneling, floating shelves at the entry, a TV cabinet which hides a Murphy bed behind it, a custom Tiger Wood table and buffet all to match the existing woodwork in the home.
Nancy and I have worked with Paul Hegarty on several projects over the last 15 years. We have been more than delighted with the results. Paul brought an extraordinary amount of skill and passion to each project and in every case it was completed on time, on schedule and at a level of craftsmanship that exceeded our expectations. Paul understands the relationship between homeowner, designer and craftsman better than anyone else we have worked with on our homes. Where others may plunge into a difficult or challenging job without a lot of forethought, he understand that the need to gather the customer and subs together to map out a course of action that reaches the goal that the customer is trying to reach. We can recommend Paul Hegarty Construction wholeheartedly.
